Ivar Cifré specializes in New Technologies, Apps Development, and Data  Protection (GDPR). Originally from the Dominican Republic, he moved to  Madrid (Spain) to course a Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the  Complutense University and International Legal Practice at ISDE. With over ten  years of experience working in different law firms, he founded a Madrid-based  consultancy firm called Jurispixel: a legal boutique focused on providing legal  advice for tech startups, app developers, and GDPR compliance.  

He is also the creator and developer of a security app designed exclusively for  Android devices, called “lockIO.” Ivar occasionally writes articles for various  media outlets, including legal magazines and local newspapers.
